Who is Raúl Echeverri?

A neurosurgeon with training across more than 5 countries, trained in Neurotrauma, Neurocritical Care, and Global Neurosurgery by the Barrow Neurological Institute of the United States and the MEDITECH Foundation of Colombi.

A faculty member at the MEDITECH Foundation, the Global Neuro Foundation, Mission Brain, and Maxmorespine.

A professor at the Pontifical Xavierian University and the Foundation University of Health Sciences in Colombia.

Since 2006, an ally of indigenous, rural, and otherwise vulnerable communities in developing and implementing projects to improve the quality of medical care in their communities.

A humanist by conviction, a doctor by vocation, and a tireless advocate for social causes.

We work to reduce inequality in medical access in low- and middle-income countries.

We are an academic and scientific organization dedicated to the betterment of medical care for vulnerable populations in low-to-middle-income countries, with the goal of reducing the morbidity and mortality caused by the most common pathologies, especially those in Neurosurgery.
